The Space Patrol

Here comes another tale from my youth. I actually have drawings for most of the characters in this tale. Most of the characters came from my large collection of toys including Star Wars Figures and Smurfs and other toys. One Character comes from a Mask I made in Art Class. So here is another story dictated to Louise Wilson

The Space Patrol

The year is in the 27th century, 2615, when our story takes place. Over the years, Earth has changed a great deal. Space ships have been developed that can fly to other galaxies in a matter of hours. Strange new creatures have come into our world, such as the Clam People, Martians, Animals with the intelligence of Men and an assortment of other creatures.
Earth seems to get along with the other colonies set up on other galaxies. One thing that is truly good in the 27th Century is the fact that there is little crime and nuclear weapons are extinct. Practically all the colonies known to Earth have the same freedom established long ago by the Untied States of America.
Everything appears to be going along fine, until some nasty villains come on the scene, to create Chaos, in the form of a group of Clam People.
One day a group of Clam People with the robots they had made took control of the galaxies surrounding Earth Galaxy. No body did anything about this. People who were caught praying were immediately put into a dungeon. People caught praying in the dungeons were immediately executed. The ruler of the Clam People was King Mac Pac. The nine top people under his command were the only evil Clam People he could find. Some People liked King Mac Pac and some didn’t. Some people wanted to work for King Mac Pac, and others didn’t. the ones who did so. There was one group who kept having special meetings and finally decided to do something about the situation.
One night April 15th, 2615, they had there last and final meeting. this is where our story begins.
2nd Draft
Once, when the Space Age was young, an evil force ruled the Galaxy. This evil force was called the Clam People. King of the Clam People was King Mac Pac. Under his rule were nine other evil Clam People, the only Clam People he could find. Their names were Arti Choke, Link Two, Lamb Ram, Fanny Armstein, Ard Green, Ang Stone, Zoom Boom, Koo Zooand & Cashie Hurt.
The only way the Clam People got control is by the robots they built. These robots were cleverly built and called XX. They looked like humans in a way and they could easily get blasted by a laser blaster. Because they were so easy to blast apart, they needed a laser proof, extra weaponry robot. Therefore, one day King Mac Pac sent out a patrol to find an indestructible robot. They tried for weeks and weeks, until they finally found a robot and brought it before King Mac Pac. King Mac Pac did not like the looks of this robot, as it looked like it came from a junk yard, made out of spare parts-in fact, it was from a junk yard and made out of spare parts.
They put it to the test anyway. Then it happened....the robot worked. King Mac Pac was amazed-it passed the tests. He now liked the robot very much , but still did not think it was much for looks. Anyway, now the Clam People would be stronger then ever. They would take control of the universe. This wonderful robot who would help them was named KX-9 (The Junk Pile)
Nearby, on the planet Earth, hovering over North America, the State of Massachusetts, the Town of Wenham, was the Wenham Zoo. It was in a big space ship in the sky and had to be built in the air because there wasn’t much room on the Earth. There was also a hotel attached, which was used by people who wanted to stay a long time. Posted near the Launching ramp, where space ships came in and out, was a sign that read, “Join us for our fight against the Clam People”. It was an organization which would make a force to overcome the Clam People, but so far not many people had joined.
Only the following had joined up; Able Cable, (head of the Zoo), Kurt Sloane, (who worked at the Zoo), with his robot, Beep-Beep and pet, Tommy Turtle, Sargey Brown, who has to wear a super suit to help him because he is blind in one eye, his nose is big, his mouth is small, he has no thumbs and has only one leg, (he has to wear this suit all the time), also Zam-arm, and their robot, Frank Bot. Sargey and Zam were retired space soldiers. Everyone also who use to work at the zoo quit, because if they worked at the zoo they had to fight the Clam People. They did not want to fight the Clam People because they were ‘bak bak bak.’
One day two ships came. Some teenagers hoped to find a place to live and earn some money. These teenagers had just finished space high school and were searching for a place to live and find a job, with the hope of getting enough money to go on to space collage. Their names were Sean Zippy and his younger brother, Sam, also Sara Sunkist. Sean was armed with a sword and a freeze gun and was very bossy to his little brother. Sam had a whiffle and wore glasses and was a real worry wort. Sara was a pretty young lady and sometimes went on dates with Sean in high school. Sara did not come in her own ship-it was only a rental. They saw the sign and wanted to sign up for it. Sam didn’t but agreed to anyway, just for the money, but Sean and Sara did it for the excitement of it, as well as the money.
Later in the evening a ship came down. It was Dirth Murry’s ship. Inside Dirth Murry’s ship was a potato chip maker. Dirth Murry was the best potato chip maker in the galaxy and had his own company. Dirth was going into the zoo when he saw the sign about the Clam People.
He was going to join the organization just for the excitement of it. He thought he could show the Clam People that they weren’t so great, so he joined. So far the Space Patrol had eleven members. It wasn’t a very successful enterprise.
In spite of Dirth’s handicap which was his inability to speak very loud, he was a bold and useful member of the Space Patrol. To compensate for he’s handicaps he had a mental mouthpiece which helped him talk louder. He also had antennas alongside ears which helped him to pick up sounds far away.
Meanwhile, in another part of the galaxy an XX robot reported to King Mac Pac.
“ Sir, we have found out that an organization is being formed to stop us.”
“How many people so far?, said King Mac Pac. The robot told him all about the member. Then King Mac Pac asked where they were stationed. “At the Wenham Zoo, which hovers over Wenham, in “the State of Massachusetts.”
“Send out an attack and move our Star Fighter. With one new robot we can’t be stopped.”
Soon the Clam People reached the planet Earth. A beeping signal sounded. Abel Checked to see what the ships looked like. He saw that it was the Clam People’s fighter. He immediately told his crew to get to their fighters.
“Check to see if it is living or not first. If a living thing is inside, capture it. If it is a robot, destroy it.” Abel went to Dirth’s ship instead of his own. Because his ship blew its engine and also its transistor radio. Dirth’s ship couldn’t fit into the regular launching bay because it was too big.
The ships moved out fast as the clam people and the XX’s came out. BANG! The first shot was fired by the Clam People. Abel and all his troops found out that they could shoot four laser beams at a time.
They then launched out two special fighters. First Tommy Turtle came out. He had special equipment in his shell which helped him do many fantastic things. Then Frank Bot came out. He had a little propeller which gave him the ability to fly.
The battle was being won by Abel and his troops. Just then Tommy got knocked out. Kurt went to save him in his ship but he got captured instead. Soon the Clam People took control of the Zoo.
While they put everyone except Frank Bot and Tommy into a jail cell. They were sending Krut to be killed in a run away space ship. Frank bot and Tommy had escaped and were working on a plan to rescue their friends.
The runaway ship with Kurt blasted off. Tommy signaled to Frank Bot.
“Send out the salt beam from your eye to the ship.” He did. the salt ate away to the ship and blew Kurt up from his seat-just in the neck of time too. Kurt was saved because the salt hit the reject button on his belt, which could be activated by salt. Then Frank Bot came and rescued him before he could fall to the ground.
They all sat down and started to figure out a plan to rescue their friends.
Meanwhile back in the Zoo, all of Abel Cabble's troops were going to get executed. First it was Abel himself. He was getting prepared to get on the chopping block.
something came tearing through the doors, shooting as it came. through it was some of the XX guards. Next appeared Frank Bot, Kurt and Tommy. They had dismantled the XX robots and reprogrammed them to obey them. This was thrown out. Instead I ..............
Kurt, Tommy and Frank Bot had to rescue their friends without getting caught, as they used a remote control cage opener on most of the animal cages. Kurt signaled to some of the Monkey's who could understand him to shut off the scanner. The monkeys shut off the scanner. Then came Kurt, Tommy and Frank’s chance to go into the Zoo. Meanwhile, Able was just about to get executed, when a laser blast came through the door and hit the robot executioners. It was an XX robot with one of its wires disconnected, done by one of the monkeys.
Then all the animals came tearing in at the Clam People. Abel and his troops were free. they were all fighting the Clam people, when RK-9 came crashing in. He was just about to kill Sam Zippy, when suddenly Frank Bot, Kurt and Tommy came in and Knocked RK-9 over on his face. That didn't’ stop RK-9-(, he just catapulted himself up into the air.
For some reason I stopped there. I wonder what was coming next. I never got to include these characters

Space Warriors

Off, far, far, away in another galaxy. The time in that galaxy in the present, but they have already reached the space age. In this galaxy there are many good people, but then are many bad people too. One of there bad people formed an army of humans robots and creatures. His name was Garbage Man and he controlled ruled the army of the Natas, but the inter galactic army of the planet Heath, tired to put an end to his power.
One day the Natas space ship attacked a space ship of Heath, which was going by.
“Come Virgilio” said Cathy. Cathy and Virgilio were two people aboard the Heath spaceship, who were going to the Malt shop on board. Inside the commander and his daughter were having luncheon, along with several other warriors. A treat to the new queen of our army, my daughter, Kerry Brodrick.” Thank You. Thank You” said Kerry.
